Express 4.1. subparagraph by the following : ' 4.1. provide funding for national forests and forests in use for the following purposes: 4.1.1 management of objects for the maintenance of varieties and seed production;
4.1.2. the components required for the reproductive material or the acquisitions;
4.1.3. the forest renewal and regeneration;
4.1.4 forest care;
4.1.5. low-value stands volume production reconstruction;
4.1.6. forest fertilisation;
4.1.7. hunting farm development; ".
2. Make a point 5 and 6 by the following: "5. the Fund's revenues shall consist of: 5.1. income from national forests and forests in use for the forest and hunting resources, as well as forest and hunting product sales;
5.2. the proceeds from the marketing of seeds and plants;
5.3. income from letting the law digging;
5.4. revenue accruing from realizing confiscated firearms and hunting hunting tools;
5.5. all proceeds from public hunting area lease;
5.6. the fee for the provision of services to natural and legal persons;
5.7. the fines for the law "on forest management and exploitation" and hunting laws, as well as those issued under the regulations;
5.8 payments made to reimburse for forestry and hunting farm loss;
5.9. the payments made to cover losses on the atņemtaj lands for forestry and land quality;
5.10. bank credit;
5.11. donations.
6. The Fund in national currency specific budget accounts for the Treasury settlement centers and their Organizer is the national forest service and its institutions. "
3. Make paragraph 8 by the following: "8. the Fund's resources are used and the use of national forests forests in the following: 8.1 for the maintenance of varieties and seed management of object abstraction;
8.2. the production of planting stock;
8.3. the forest renewal and regeneration;
8.4. the forest care;
8.5. the fauna and flora resources;
8.6. forest and wild game protection system;
8.7. the forest defence and protection measures.
8.8. forestry and hunting farms for the lifting and the maintenance of the object;
8.9. the maintenance of the national virsmežniecīb;
8.10. the consolidation of facilities;
8.11. the forest reclamation and maintenance of existing drainage systems;
8.12. forest road construction and maintenance;
8.13. mežzinātn and financing of education;
8.14. the forest and hunting mining related production expenses;
8.15. the forest use planning;
8.16. the forest monitoring organization and function;
8.17. national forest cadastre tasks;
8.18. to cover the cost of the provision of services to natural and legal persons;
8.19. employee social security;
8.20. the bank interest payment;
8.21. the payment of taxes and duties. "
