No 53 29) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 21 June 2011 regulations No. 453 "rules on fruit and vegetables for the recognition of producer organisations, their operating conditions and controls, as well as the order in which grant, administered and monitored by the European Union support for fruit and vegetable producer organisations" Issued under the agricultural and rural development Act article 5, fourth and seventh and third paragraph of article 9 do cabinet 21 June 2011 regulations No. 453 "rules on fruit and vegetables for the recognition of producer organisations , the operating conditions and controls, as well as the order in which grant, administered and monitored by the European Union support for fruit and vegetable producer organisations "(Latvian journal, 2011, 2013, 100. nr.; 169., nr. 234.) the following amendments: 1. Delete paragraph 58. 2. Delete the words in paragraph 59 and the number "58 of these rules, in the case referred to in paragraph". 3. Make 65. paragraph by the following: "65. products withdrawn from the market in accordance with the delivery of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 regulations no 1308/2013 establishing a common agricultural market organisations, and repealing Council Regulation (EEC) no 922/72, (EEC) No 234/79, (EC) no 1037/2011 and (EC) No 1234/2007 article 34 (4): 65.1. charitable organizations and funds; 65.2. mainstream institutions, children's holiday camps, hospitals, old people's homes, the national social care centres; 65.3. the penal places. " 4.
