Express and 3.12 3.11. subparagraph by the following: "3.11. provide career development support institutions involved in cooperation and to the centralized information resources and methodological materials for career development support; 3.12. provide financial resources attraction, accumulation and management of educational innovation project implementation; ". 6. Express 3.16. subparagraph by the following: "3.16. organize vocational training students and graduates in the national competitions of professional skill and ensuring the participation of Latvia in international competitions;". 7. Supplement with 3.17 3.18 3.19., and subparagraph by the following: "3.17. to ensure the European Union's framework programmes Horizon 2020 (HORIZON 2020) national focal point function; 3.18. to ensure Latvia's membership of the Treaty on the functioning of the European Union and article 185.187 resulting in joint programmes and joint technology initiatives, as well as the cost of the European Union, the era-NET and era-NET + projects; 3.19. ensure international cooperation projects in science and technology for development, evaluation, administration, and monitoring. " 8. Express 4.2 subparagraph by the following: ' 4.2. implement financial planning and fundraising, the accumulation and management of educational innovation project implementation; ". 9.
