The Republic of Latvia Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 29 (. 4 10. ¤) the rules on the supervision of the Ministry of welfare in the illicit manufacture of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors lists Issued in accordance with the law "on the illicit manufacture of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances to legitimate movement order" article 3 of these regulations shall be determined 1. the illicit manufacture of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances and medicines, as well as the precursor to the breakdown of the supervision of the Ministry of welfare of existing drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors lists (hereinafter list).
2. the lists (1-4) are included in the narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances and drugs, as well as the precursor to the international non-proprietary name or, failing this, by chemical name.
3. The laws and specific control measures also apply to lists of substances isomers, esters, ethers and salts, including isomers, esters and ethers, and salts for medicinal products containing substances included in the lists, if the legislation is not specific exceptions.
