Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 267 in Riga 29 July 1997 (No. 42. ¤) the provisions on cooperation in road transport owners civil liability compulsory insurance information exchange Issued under the motor liability insurance Act, compulsory 20. the third paragraph of article 50 and i. 2. III. 14. 15. 15.2. type of insurance contract;
15.3. a vehicle owner's name or the name of the legal person;
15.4. ID code (natural persons) or company (the company) registration number (for legal persons) (except for the robežapdrošināšan contracts);
15.5. the hallmark of the legal person;
15.6. the vehicle type;
15.7. the vehicle registration number;
15.8. the vehicle chassis (body) number;
15.9. the vehicle registration number of the licence;
15.10. the premium type;
15.11. discounts;
15.12. the insurance contract, date of entry into force;
15.13. the insurance contract's entry into force;
15.14. insurance contract end date;
15.15. received insurance premiums;
No 15.16. vehicle nationality (required to be robežapdrošināšan of agreements);
15.17. date of conclusion of the insurance contract;
15.18. the place of conclusion of the contract of insurance.
16. The insurer not later than two working days after the insurance contract enters into force and no later than 10 calendar days after the conclusion of a contract, shall be transmitted to the Directorate for data about all of the period concerned concluded insurance contracts whose duration is three months and longer (except robežapdrošināšan, and the standard or complex contracts for data concerning tractors and self-propelled). For each contract must indicate the following: 16.1 policies series and number;
16.2. type of insurance contract;
16.3. the vehicle registration number;
16.4. the vehicle chassis (body) number;
16.5. the insurance contract, date of entry into force;
16.6. the insurance contract's entry into force;
10.4. the insurance contract end date;
16.8. the date of conclusion of the contract of insurance;
10.5. the place of conclusion of the insurance contract.
17. If the registered owner of the vehicle in the Directorate of insurance contract period is not less than three months after the insured vehicle data checking of vehicle register Directorate Directorate or the insurers of the Cabinet in the order issued by the label on the civil liability compulsory insurance.
18. The insurer not later than two working days after the insurance contract enters into force and no later than 10 calendar days after the date of conclusion of the contract shall transfer inspection data for all the period concerned concluded insurance contracts relating to tractors and self-propelled machines and whose duration is three months and longer. For each contract must provide the following data: 18.1. policies series and number;
18.2. nature of the contract of insurance;
18.3. the vehicle registration number;
18.4. the vehicle chassis (body) number;
18.5. the insurance contract, date of entry into force;
18.6. the insurance contract's entry into force;
11.6. the insurance contract end date;
12.8. the place of conclusion of the insurance contract.
19. The insurer not later than two working days after the cancellation of the insurance contract or stop in Riga, and not later than four working days after the cancellation of the insurance contract or the cessation of the rest of the territory of Latvia shall transfer to the Office of traffic data for all the period for reversed policy forms and stop the insurance contracts. For each form of the policy or contract of insurance must provide the following data: 19.1 the policy series and number;

20. The insurer not later than two working days after the cancellation or termination of the agreement, and no later than 10 calendar days after the termination of the contract agreement shall be referred to the Directorate for data about all relevant time withdrawn and continued insurance contracts whose duration is three months and longer (except robežapdrošināšan, and the standard or complex contracts for data concerning tractors and self-propelled). For each form of the policy or contract of insurance must provide the following data: 20.1. policies series and number;

20.3. the policy (contract) or of the reason for cancellation;
20.4. the cancellation of the insurance contract or the interruption of the site.
21. The insurer not later than two working days after the cancellation or termination of the agreement, and no later than 10 calendar days after the termination of the agreement on the transfer of the data of all the inspection period and withdrawn continued insurance contracts whose duration is three months and longer, and which apply to tractors and self-propelled. For each form of the policy or contract of insurance must provide the following data: 21.1. policies series and number;
21.2. the policy (contract) the cancellation or termination date of entry into force;
21.3. the policy (contract) or of the reason for cancellation;
21.4. the cancellation of the insurance contract or the interruption of the site.
22. Insurers not less frequently than once a month passes the traffic Bureau data for all activities for the period in question claims costs. For each under the contract of insurance of costs carried out must provide the following data: 22.1. policies series and number;
22.2. insurance costs;
22.3. insurance payment date;
22.4. the amount paid;
22.5. the code of the victim;

26. 26.5. continuous insurance contracts and releasing the bonus amount (by type of insurance contract);
16.5. recourse procedures of insurance cases in the amount recovered and the number of cases (by type of insurance contract);
16.6. the cancelled number of policies (by type of insurance contract);
16.7. data on the traffic Bureau transferred funds.
V. the error and resolve 27. If, after the receipt of the electronic data archiving or data found to control aggregation errors, data about the recipient must immediately notify the data exporter. The adjusted data should be sent within one working day after the date of notification of the error.
28. If an error is found, the data received, the recipient should immediately send a notification to the sender of the data, including relevant policy series number and adding a brief comment about the errors. The data exporter should prevent the error listed and corrected data must be sent within five working days of notification of the date of notification of the error.
29. If the traffic Office, in comparison of the reporter of the received data, referred to in paragraph 26 of these rules, with data traffic Office databases of discrepancy within three working days, it shall inform the reporter. Vi. Transition issues 30.
