7.2. information on the pledge of workers: 7.2.1. name, legal address, registration number and details of the person who signed the application for the mortgage in the name of workers (name, surname, personal code, but, if there is none, the identity document-data), if the mortgage is a legal person;
7.2.2. the name, surname, identity code (if there is none, the identity document-data) and note the address, if the mortgage is a natural person;
7.3. the pledged vehicle description (make, model, national registration number, chassis number);
7.4. provide the maximum amount of the claim;
7.5. other information: 7.5.1. security of workers the right to sell the mortgaged property without a court mediation and the auction, if the mortgage originator the rights assigned to him;
7.5.2. the limit for handling the subject of pledge;
7.5.3. pārjaunot mortgage number if the pledge is pārjaunot;
7.5.4. other information which the parties consider necessary;
4.7. list of attached documents.
8. The information contained in the application for registration of an amendment to the registration must submit the following documents: 8.1 the mortgage and the mortgage application signed by workers (annex 2); If the application is made on the basis of a ruling, the application can sign one of the parties;

11.2.2. name, surname, identity code (if there is none, the identity document-data) and note the address where the transferor is a natural person;

11.3.2. name, surname, identity code (if not identity document-data) and note the address where the transferee is a natural person;
11.4. other information which the applicant considers necessary;
11.5. list of attached documents.
12. The mortgage registration must be submitted for deletion the mortgage application signed by workers (annex 4) or a copy of the court order, if the mortgage registration is deleted on that basis.
13. The provisions referred to in paragraph 12, the application must specify: 13.1. registered pledge number;
13.2. information about the person who signed the application for the mortgage in the name of workers (name, surname, personal code, but if not, the identity document);
