The Republic of LATVIA Cabinet of 31 august 1998, in Regulation No 329 (in Riga. Nr. 47, 5. §) veterinary provisions for the slaughter of animals and kautprodukt for the generation of high-capacity slaughterhouses Issued in accordance with the law "About veterinary medicine" article 31 paragraph 11 i. General questions 1. terms used in the rules: 1. emergency slaughter of animals-sick or suspect animals were slaughtered to prevent death or to prevent the further spread of communicable diseases;

3. 10. 63.10.3. building materials used in the slaughterhouse;

63.11. insect, rodent, bird and other pest control and eradication plans;
63.12. slaughterhouse cleaning, washing and disinfection plan and periodicity;
63.13. animal waste and manure collection and export (processing).
64.
