The Republic of Latvia Cabinet of Ministers of 29 December 1998 in Regulation No. 482 (in Riga. No 69, § 36) the amendment to the law "on the Republic of Latvia and the countries of the European free trade association agreement" issued in the Republic of Latvia article 81 of the Constitution of 1. ārtīb k to make the law "on the Republic of Latvia and the countries of the European free trade association agreements" (Latvian Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1996, no. 16) amendment and supplement of the law with article 5 by the following: "article 5. Within the agreement established Joint Committee decision on changes to contract B the provisional application of the Protocol pending its approval in Parliament is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers. "
2. the rules shall enter into force by 1 January 1999.
