The Republic of Latvia Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 430 in Riga in 1999 (28 December. Nr. 72, § 25) the amendments to the law "on State and local land ownership rights and the consolidation of the land register" issued by the Republic of Latvia article 81 of the Constitution in order to make the law "on State and local land ownership rights and the consolidation of the land" (the Saeima of the Republic of Latvia and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1995, nr. 10; 1997, no. 8; 1998, 22; 1999, no. 14. no) the following amendments: article 8: turn off the first part;
make the second paragraph as follows: "(2) On behalf of the environment and regional development Ministry of land is recorded in the person of national forest land in the reserve, Krustkaln of the Grīņ reserve, reserve Moricsal and Teič reserves in the Gauja National park, ķemeri national park and the Šlīter national park, as well as in accordance with the order of the Cabinet of Ministers, other State-owned land in and nodded.";
to make the fourth subparagraph by the following: "(4) to the National Ministry of agriculture in the name of the person in land is recorded in the State-owned and nodded in the land occupied by the national breeding farms, State farms, the pilot State Research farms and State farms, agricultural training and State-owned forest land, assent which on 21 July 1940 was the forest Department Ministry of agriculture land, and the rest of the national forest land that is not a refurbished property rights or that has not been made in the use of natural or legal persons to the law "on land reform in rural areas of the Republic of Latvia", the law "on land reform in the cities of the Republic of Latvia" and the law "on the privatization of land in rural areas", as well as the procedures laid down in accordance with the order of the Cabinet of Ministers, other State-owned land in and nodded. "
Rules shall enter into force on 1 January 2000.
