The Republic of Latvia Cabinet of Ministers of 15 February, Regulation No 61 (in Riga. Nr. 8, § 20) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 25 June 1997 on the rules no 226 object "State secrets" were issued in accordance with the law "on State secrets", the first subparagraph of article 4 to make a Cabinet of 25 June 1997 on the rules no 226 object "State secrets" (Latvian journal, 1997, 167./168.nr.; 1999, no. 1) the following amendments: 1. Express the point 3 of chapter I by the following: "3. The State border protection plan : 3.1. State border guard management level top secret 3.2. State border guard unit at the level of secret.
2. To supplement the provisions of section 1, XIII, by the following: "XIII. 1 State boundaries. detention and control 1 information on border control techniques and equipment used in a deployment to the border crossing of confidential 2. markup techniques for protecting confidential 3. Orders for State border protection and control organization: 3.1 national border management level secret 3.2. State border guard Department level confidential."
