The Republic of Latvia Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 129 of 2000 in Riga on April 4 (pr. No 15, § 8.) the order of registration of hazardous installations issued in accordance with the law "on technical supervision of dangerous equipment" article 8, paragraph 2, first subparagraph 1., these rules determine the order in which the national labour inspection registers dangerous equipment.
2. dangerous equipment or possessor of the possessor of the authorized representative (hereinafter possessor) dangerous equipment shall be recorded in the national labour inspection before use the machine started.
3. To register its possessor of dangerous equipment shall submit to the national labour inspectorate in the application for registration of dangerous equipment, indicating the company's (the company) registration code in the register of companies, the name and registered address (if the possessor of dangerous equipment is a natural person, the application shall indicate the possessor of dangerous equipment's name, ID number and address), and a copy of: hazardous equipment 3.1 manufacturer, his authorized representative or the importer's Declaration of conformity in accordance with LVS EN 45014 on dangerous equipment to comply with the regulatory requirements;
3.2. the regulations laid down in the certificate of compliance issued on dangerous equipment to comply with the regulatory requirements;
3.3. the notified body shall issue the inspection checklist for dangerous equipment, technical surveillance law requirements;
3.4. According to the Minister the prosperity of dangerous equipment operating personnel training and attestation procedure of hazardous installations issued by the operating staff attestation certificate.
4. the State labour inspection officer at the request of the holder of the registration of dangerous equipment before displaying the rule laid down in paragraph 3, the original documents and the use of dangerous equipment such documentation in the national language: 4.1 the manufacturer, his authorized representative or the importer of hazardous installations, drawn up by the technical passport;
4.2. in accordance with the laws and regulations drawn up dangerous equipment mounting and operating instructions.
5. The transfer of dangerous equipment in the possession of another person, the new possessor of dangerous equipment to re-register, submitting and presenting this provision in paragraph 3 and 4 in certain documents.
6. the State Labour Inspectorate within five days shall check the documents submitted and recorded the dangerous equipment.
7. If the State Labour Inspectorate establishes that laws and regulations have not been respected for technical supervision of dangerous equipment requirements or have gaps in the documents submitted to it within 10 days of the issue of the appropriate holder in writing of the refusal of registration of the equipment.
8. If the possessor discontinues the use of dangerous equipment for a period of more than one year, or if a dangerous product is passed to the other possessor, its previous possessor within 10 days notify in writing the State labour inspection.
9. If the possessor of dangerous equipment recorded up to the entry into force of the moment, then, you do not need to re-register, those provisions 3.1. and 3.2. documents referred to.
10. Be declared unenforceable: 10.1. Cabinet of Ministers of 24 October 1995 rules No. 305 "rules on the registration of dangerous equipment" (Latvian journal, 1995, nr. 167; 1998, 155./156.nr.);
10.2. The Cabinet of Ministers of 26 May 1998, the provisions of no. 195 "amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 24 October 1995 on the Regulation No" rules on dangerous 305 equipment registration "(Latvian journal, 1998, 155./156.nr.).
11. provisions shall enter into force on 15 April 2000.
