Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No 142, Riga, 2000 April 11 (Mon. Nr16 13) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 2 July 1996, regulations no 246 "rules on border crossings and border posts and border crossing point placement to the State border of the Republic of Latvia" Issued under the State border of the Republic of Latvia Law of article 8 and 11 to make the Cabinet on July 2, 1996, regulations no 246 "rules on border crossings and border posts and border crossing point placement to the State border of the Republic of Latvia" (Latvian journal , 1996, nr. 117, 225; 1997, 342./346.nr.; in 1999, 400./403, no. 440.) the following amendments: 1. Delete paragraph 3.5, the word "Lielupe".
2. Replenish the 4.2 subparagraph after the word "girl" and after the word "herring" with the words "(border control is carried out after receiving information about the arrival of the train station)."
3. Delete the words in point 4.3 "at Lielupe port".
4. Add to paragraph 5.2.1., after the word "girl" with the words "(Customs and other border control is carried out after receiving information about the arrival of the train station)."
5. Delete the words in paragraph 5.3 "at Lielupe port (customs control is carried out by the port administration call receipt)."
6. To supplement the provisions under point 6.1 the following wording: "6.1 the 1973 Washington Convention on international trade in endangered species of wild fauna and flora I, II and III in the wild animal and plant species allowed to move across the State border only in the following Customs control points: 6.11.
