No 32 21) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 19 December 1995, regulations No 388 "fish fund rules" Issued in accordance with article 29 of the law on fisheries to make the Cabinet on 19 December 1995 No. 388 "provisions of the Fund rules of fish" (Latvian journal, 1995, 202. no; 1998, 1999, 75 73;/74.nr../78.nr.) the following amendments: 1. Express 6.2. subparagraph by the following: "6.2. share (70%) of the fine for fish resources for loss suffered due to the laws regulating fishing violations the other part of the fine is credited to the Latvian Environmental Protection Fund; ".
2. Express section 9.1 the following wording: "9.1. two national fisheries administration's representatives (national fisheries administration chief and national fisheries administration Deputy Chief);".
