The Republic of Latvia Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 285 in Riga on 22 august 2000 (pr. No. 39, 21) and vegetable seed solely trade rules Issued under the seeds and planting materials in the law of article 2, paragraph 1, "a" section i. 6.3. for the production of seed that meet category-certified seed (C);
6.4. meet basic seed in these provisions (B);
6.5. throughout the seed production and preparation period is the national plant protection service control.
7. Certified seed (C) are seeds which: 7.1 produced directly from basic seed (B) (where the breeder wants-also from pre-basic seed (PB));
7.2. for the production of seed that meet category-'' (ST), or for the production of vegetables;
7.3. complies with those rules for certified seed (C);
7.4. throughout the period of seed production is the State plant protection service control.
