The Republic of Latvia Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 330 in Riga in 2000 on September 26 (Mon. 8. 26. Medical treatment person responsible:

28. 34. Employees who are required to be vaccinated against hepatitis B before this provision referred to in paragraph 33 of the work and the start of the lesson and vaccination are entitled to a one-time transfer of laboratory inspection or existing hepatitis B infection. 37. 43. Students and medical school students, who have not been vaccinated against this provision in paragraph 30 infectious diseases may not participate in the classes, if they can be exposed to the risk of infection with hepatitis B, rabies, yellow fever or tick encephalitis.
44. Non-vaccinated employees if the employer has not provided vaccinations, is entitled to withdraw from the job duties that expose him to the risk of contamination with the provisions referred to in paragraph 30 of infectious diseases.
