The Republic of Latvia Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 449 Riga 2000 (19 December. No 60, 64), amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers on 9 June 1998, regulations No 214 "urban cadastral land valuation rules ' Issued in accordance with the law" on real estate tax "article 4 1. make Cabinet June 9, 1998 regulations No. 214" urban cadastral land valuation rules "(Latvian journal, 1998, 172.180./173.nr.; 2000,/181.nr.) the following amendments: 1. provisions of title be expressed as follows:" Riga City land cadastral valuation rules ";
1.2. to make paragraph 1 by the following: "1. this regulation establishes a common ground of Riga, the cadastral valuation procedures to be carried out in the city of Riga the cadastral value of the land to the new calculation of the city land values zoning entry into force".
1.3. deleting 2., 3., 4., 5., 6., 7., 8., 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24;
1.4. deletion of 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36 and 37;
1.5. deletion of 42 and 43;
1.6. make 52 as follows: "52. If the parcel is group I apply correction factors, the cadastral value reduces: 52.1.5%, if you do not specify the area covered by the correction factors;
52.2.10%, if the adjustment factors applicable to the area of up to 1/3 of the total area of the parcel;
52.3.20%, if the adjustment factors applicable to the area of more than one third of the land total area. ";
1.7. delete paragraph 56;
1.8. to make 61. paragraph by the following: "61. land cadastral values for agricultural and forestry purposes lands defined as agricultural or forestry needs land and land of the actual sample units of the product of the area, aprobežojum and hassle not evaluating. The actual sample of agricultural land is $0.05 per square metre. The actual sample of forestry land is 0.03 Lats per square metre. ";
1.9. delete paragraph 62;
1.10. delete 63.1.1.63.1.2.63.2.1., and section;
1.11. the deletion of 64, 65, 66, 67, 68, 69, 70, 71 and 72;
1.12. delete annexes 3 and 4.
2. the rules shall enter into force by 1 January 2001.
