No 72 42. §) rules on financial cohesion fund revenue and distribution arrangements in 2015 in accordance with the law "on financial cohesion" 5. the second paragraph of article 1. determine financial cohesion – the order in which the municipal contribution financial cohesion fund (hereinafter referred to as the Equalization Fund), and the order in which the Cohesion Fund is paid from the grant, as well as the contribution and the amount of the grant based on the population , personal income tax, real estate tax projections and financial need in each municipality. 2. under the financial equalization calculation in 2015 the Equalization Fund revenue planned 110 635 421 eur and comprise: 2.1 the Equalization Fund grant from the State budget – eur 12 088 277; 2.2. the contribution of the municipal equalisation fund-98 547 144 euro (annex 1). 3. Cohesion Fund expenditure planned eur 110 635 421 and comprise grants municipalities (annex 2). 4. for the purpose of financial equalization calculations, determines the estimated revenue forecast (personal income tax, real estate tax on buildings, property tax, real estate tax on engineering structures and the real estate tax on housing forecast) by local authorities (annex 3). 5. in order to calculate the local financial necessity, take into account the local population living in the territory and structure (annex 4). 6. the Municipalities Equalization Fund contributions made by the Treasury through under this provision in annex 1 percentage of individual income taxes actually collected. 7. Treasury the sums deducted from personal income tax revenue budget allocation account as tax revenue enforcement of these rules in annex 1 the contribution percentage.
