II. conditions of eligibility 3. aid applicant is a recognised producer organisation in accordance with the laws and regulations on fishing and aquaculture products for the recognition of producer organisations and operational conditions (hereinafter the applicant), and storage of fishery products is intended for the applicant's production and marketing plan. 4. the quantity of fishery products, which are eligible for aid, do not exceed 15 percent of the relevant quantity of fisheries products per year, which the applicant's members have placed the first sale. 5. the storage location is the territory of Latvia. 6. the aid granted for the Regulation No 1415/2013 2. fishery products referred to in annex a, for which the storage of a producer organisation have not found a buyer, offering them for sale by auction or at least three Ministry of agriculture registered a fish buyer for the official Edition of the "journal" published by threshold price according to paragraph 17 of these rules. 7. To apply for support, the applicant: 7.1 after the acquisition of fisheries products from the members of the producer organisation under the Ministry of agriculture in the national information system "in the control and integrated fisheries information system" first recorded sales draws the specified data according to the Council of 20 November 2009. III.
