The Republic of Latvia Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 209, Riga, May 22, 2001 (pr. Nr. 24, 19. ¤) amendment of the Cabinet of Ministers of 25 June 1997 on the rules no 226 object "State secrets" were issued in accordance with the law "on State secrets", the first subparagraph of article 4 to make a Cabinet of 25 June 1997 on the rules no 226 object "State secrets" (Latvian journal, 1997, 167./168.nr.; 1999, no. 1; 2000, 55/57, 331./333.nr.) and add to amendments to chapter IX paragraphs 18 and 19 by the following : "18. persons for special procedural or special protection to sensitive operational measures, as well as the security of the protected person, other unknown (confidential) accommodation, passports and other documents with the other person's identity data, change of residence and jobs and other measures for the protection of the Organization, methodology and tactics for Special Person 19 or special procedural protection for secret resources, allocation and actual use of Prime Minister a. SMITH Minister of Interior Mr SEGLIŅŠ rules shall enter into force on 25 May 2001.
