Nr. 17, § 12.) the order in which to be accredited for general education and professional education programs, educational institutions and examination centres Issued in accordance with the Education Act, article 14, paragraph 8 and 11, article 15, paragraph 5 of article 27 and the third subparagraph of article 33, the General Education Act, article 4, paragraph 1 of the vocational training law article 7 paragraph 7, article 8, paragraph 7 and article 29 fourth 1. establish procedures in which accredited: 1.1. General basic education, general secondary education, vocational education, vocational education, vocational secondary education program and professional training programs in second and third level professional qualification acquisition (hereinafter the program);
1.2. the educational institutions which implement this provision as referred to in point 1.1 programs and professional development or vocational guidance education programs;
1.3. the examination centre where you can sort centralizēto professional qualifications exams.
2. the program, educational institution, or by the examination centre shall be accredited on the basis of the establishment or examining Board of Education Center, founder or Manager application or the application of the Ministry responsible for the educational establishment or examining Centre (hereinafter the applicant).
3. questions about the program, educational institutions or examination centre accreditation examines Education Accreditation Commission of the accreditation of vocational training, the Commission or the professional guidance of sports education Accreditation Commission (hereinafter the Commission) not later than six months after the receipt of the application, but for professional continuing education programs and educational institutions that implement only the professional continuing education programs or professional development programs, accreditation, not later than three months after receipt of the application. 4. The Commission consists of not less than five members (three Ministry of education and science and one State Education Inspection authorized representative). 6. the Commission shall: 6.1 the accredited educational institution, which shall implement this provision as referred to in point 1.1 programs (accredited by the accreditation of the programmes implemented or simultaneously with it), evaluate educational performance according to the following criteria: 6.1.1. educational Charter, and complying with the legislation requirements;

7. the Commission, when examining Centre accredited to evaluate its performance according to the following criteria: 7.1 examination centre is complying with the rules and for the award of professional qualifications, regulatory laws;
7.2. the qualifications of the employee;
7.3. the methodological and logistical support required to organize centralizēto of professional qualifying examination for the qualification concerned and to prepare for production of the person eksaminējam the exam the theoretical and practical tasks.
8. the program, educational institution or examining Center accredited for a period not longer than six years.
9. the Commission examined the applicant: 9.1 application;
9.2. the Commission of experts set up to three people;
9.3. the Commission of experts determines the starting point of the transaction;
9.4 based on the expert opinion of the Commission, not later than 30 days after the start date of accreditation shall be submitted to the Ministry of education and science of the programme proposal, the authority or the accreditation of the Centre or the refusal of accreditation;
9.5. be prepared and issued by the Minister of education and science education programs accreditation signed page (annex 1), accreditation of education institutions (annex 2) or the examination centre accreditation page (annex 3) or, if no decision is taken on the application, the authority or the accreditation of the Centre provide motivated written refusal to issue a credential page;
9.6. objections to the expert opinion of the Commission and, if necessary, create another expert Commission;
9.7 resolve other programs, educational establishments or examining Center accreditation related issues.
10. the Commission is composed of the Ministry of education, the national inspection authorities, employers, professional organizations or Sports Federation the authorized representative according to the type of program or professional skills.
11. General basic education, general secondary education, vocational education, vocational education, vocational secondary education program and accreditation of educational institutions of the Commission of experts, the head of the State Inspectorate of education authorized representative.
12. The municipality of general basic education, general secondary education institutions and education programmes to be implemented by the Commission of experts is Deputy Head of the municipal authorised representative.
13. the Expert Commission shall: 13.1. in accordance with the Accreditation regulations evaluate the real conditions education or examination Center and the implementation of the programme, as well as education or examination process;
13.2. preparing an opinion on the program, educational institutions or examination centre accreditation or denial of accreditation, the opinion by the authority or the Manager of the Centre and shall submit its opinion to the Commission.
14. The accreditation page copy and the copy of the decision of the Commission are held in the Ministry of education and science.
15. If the educational institution or the examination centre does not agree with the decision of the Commission of experts not later than 10 days after receiving the opinion of the Commission of experts of Institute or centre founder or manager shall submit to the Commission a written motivated accreditation application with a request to determine the other expert panelists and re-evaluate the implementation of the programme or educational establishments or examining the Centre's activities.
16. The accreditation costs approved by the Minister of education and science, and they include: 16.1. organisational and accreditation page design;
16.2. the travel costs from home to the education authority (examination) and back, as well as per diem expenses for hotel (accommodation);
16.3. the experts (other than officials) pay.
17. the Accreditation and accreditation of organizational page design costs shall be borne by the Ministry of education and science of the State budget allocated to the funds.
18. This rule 16.2 and 16.3. the costs referred to in the relevant education authority (examination centre).
19. The accreditation page issued up to the effective date of the rules, in effect until a specific accreditation expires.
