Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 64 in 2015 (10 February. 7. § 17) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 25 June 2009. Regulations No. 378 "rules for the river basin district management plans and programmes of measures issued in accordance with the water management act article 18, second subparagraph, and article 20 of the third draw Cabinet 25 June 2009. Regulations No. 646" rules for the river basin district management plans and programmes of measures "(Latvian journal, 2009, 103. no) the following amendments 1. Replace paragraph 7.1., the words "assess the point source pollution" with the words "accounting of the river basin district existing point pollution sources, indicates that ūdensobjekt these sources affect or might affect, and assess the impact of pollution". 2. Replace the introductory paragraph of paragraph 15.7 word "attachment" to the number and the word "annex 1". 3. If necessary, include criteria that describe the environmental quality regulations for excess amount in respect of this provision in paragraph 1 specified 15.1. These criteria shall be chosen so as to ensure that the information on the maps represented the best comparability for river basins and countries of the European Union level. " 4. Supplement with 10.9., 11.0 and 11.1 of this.: "10.9. table with priority substances and hazardous substances on the methods used for analysis of quantification and information on performance characteristics of these methods according to the regulations on the monitoring of surface waters above requirements for chemical monitoring of the waters; 17.7. the information on those priority and dangerous substances for which according to the law on the status of surface waters, groundwater and protected area monitoring requirements are made of surface water monitoring alternatives, including: 17.7.1. justify the choice of an alternative monitoring; 17.7.2. indicate the surface ūdensobjekt and matrix (segments of the aquatic environment, including biota in sediment and organisms), covered by the alternative set environmental quality standards; 17.7.3. indicates alternative environmental quality; 17.7.4.
