Regulations No. 646" rules for the river basin district management plans and programmes of measures "(Latvian journal, 2009, 103. no) the following amendments 1. Replace paragraph 7.1., the words "assess the point source pollution" with the words "accounting of the river basin district existing point pollution sources, indicates that ūdensobjekt these sources affect or might affect, and assess the impact of pollution". 2. Replace the introductory paragraph of paragraph 15.7 word "attachment" to the number and the word "annex 1". 3. Supplement with 15.1 points as follows: "15.1 if the monitoring results indicate that the individual is exceeded this rule 2. priority substances referred to in the annex of the environmental quality standards laid down in the laws on surface and groundwater quality, the Center shall assess the need for the plan to add additional cards. Additional cards: 15.1 1. indicates the chemical quality of ūdensobjekt in respect of the following substances: 9.4 1.1. water environment existing substances everywhere, which is similar to the movement of persistent, bioaccumulative and toxic substances and the provisions referred to in annex 2 of 2, 5, 8, 9, 11, 13, 19 and 20; 15.1 1.2. priority substances referred to in annex 2 to these regulations 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21; 9.4 1.3. substances which are definitely more stringent environmental regulations and the provisions of this annex 2 1., 2., 3., 4., 6, 7 and 8; 15.1 2. If necessary, include criteria that describe the environmental quality regulations for excess amount in respect of this provision in paragraph 1 specified 15.1. These criteria shall be chosen so as to ensure that the information on the maps represented the best comparability for river basins and countries of the European Union level. " 4. Supplement with 10.9., 11.0 and 11.1 of this.: "10.9. table with priority substances and hazardous substances on the methods used for analysis of quantification and information on performance characteristics of these methods according to the regulations on the monitoring of surface waters above requirements for chemical monitoring of the waters; 17.7. the information on those priority and dangerous substances for which according to the law on the status of surface waters, groundwater and protected area monitoring requirements are made of surface water monitoring alternatives, including: 17.7.1. justify the choice of an alternative monitoring; 17.7.2. indicate the surface ūdensobjekt and matrix (segments of the aquatic environment, including biota in sediment and organisms), covered by the alternative set environmental quality standards; 17.7.3. indicates alternative environmental quality; 17.7.4. If needed, argues that alternative environmental quality regulations ensure aquatic ecosystems the equivalent level of protection as laid down in the laws and the relevant environmental quality standards for surface waters for the assessment of the chemical, as well as information on the data and methods used for alternative environmental quality standards; 17.7.5. to compare the information with this provision of the information referred to in point 2.7., specify information for priority hazardous substances and the analysis of the limit of quantification methods and performance characteristics of these methods in the matrix that legislation on surface and ground water protection specific surface waters for the assessment of the chemical; 11.1. basic substances and priority hazardous substances, the frequency of monitoring in biota and sediments, where the waters for the assessment of the chemical use and sediment biota the environmental quality regulations and monitoring of these matrix is performed less often than once a year. " 5.
