General questions 1. determines: 1.1. procedures for implementing the action programme "growth and employment" priority axis "environmental protection and efficiency in the use of resources 5.1.1 specific support" target "to prevent flood and coastal erosion risk hazards in urban areas "(hereinafter referred to as the specific objective) project application to the first selection round (round); 1.2. the objectives of the round and the target group; 1.3. selection round of funding available; 1.4. the requirements of the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) project to the applicant (hereinafter referred to as project applicant); 1.5. the eligible cost of the operation and the conditions of the question; 1.6. agreement on the implementation of the project (hereinafter referred to as the agreement) a unilateral notice conditions.

II. Requirements for the project the applicant 10. III. eligible activities and costs 14. This cost does not plan more than two per cent of the estimated eligible costs of the works. 18. The project costs incurred may not be considered eligible: 18.1. IV.
