Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 410, Riga, 2002 (September 3. No 37 58. §) rules on identity documents to the person granted subsidiary status and identity card of the person granted temporary protection Issued in accordance with article 38 of the asylum law, second subparagraph, and article 45 the first part i. General questions 1. determines the procedure for the issue, use and revoke the identity documents-ID cards — persons who have been granted alternative status, and issue identification cards to persons who have been granted temporary protection, as well as the form of the certificate (hereinafter certificate). 2. the certificate is valid in the territory of the Republic of Latvia. 31.5. changed certificate recorded information or inaccuracies found in the certificate;

19.7. the changed personality in the Republic of Latvia;
