No 37 58. §) rules on identity documents to the person granted subsidiary status and identity card of the person granted temporary protection Issued in accordance with article 38 of the asylum law, second subparagraph, and article 45 the first part i. General questions 1. determines the procedure for the issue, use and revoke the identity documents-ID cards — persons who have been granted alternative status, and issue identification cards to persons who have been granted temporary protection, as well as the form of the certificate (hereinafter certificate). 2. the certificate is valid in the territory of the Republic of Latvia. 4.2. details of certificate: 4.2.1 type: 4.2.1.1. Mark: SHARP (alternate status) if the card is issued the rules referred to in point 3.1. of the party;
4.2.1.2. the mark, by (temporary protection) if the licence is issued by the rules referred to in point 3.2 person;
4.2.2. the country code;
4.2.3. number;
4.2.4. the date of issue;
4.2.5. the period of validity;
4.2.6. the name of the issuing authority;
4.2.7. machine-readable area. 5. If a person's identity is proven, on page 7 of the certificate shall be marked "identity is proven." 6. After the election of the person the certificate on page 5 and 6 records the following information about the person's child (children) under 18 years of age: 6.1. name, surname;
6.2. date of birth;
6.3. the sex;
6.4. the code (this rule 3.1. the person referred to in point). 7. If a person's first and last name-differs from the spelling licence in another country in identity documents issued, certificate records the person's name to the appropriate documents that applicable for the transliteration oriģinālform latīņalfabētisk. 15.3. the two fotokartīt. 16. If the card is lost, the new licence the person within 30 days of the Department submitted: 16.1. explanation of abduction of the licence, loss or destruction of the reasons;
16.2. The national police authorities in response to a report submitted by the person, if the licence is kidnapped;
16.3. two fotokartīt. 17. before the issuance of the certificate: 17.1. Department's official ascertained the identity of the beneficiary or of the certificate if it is not proven, these rules shall be referred to in paragraph 5;
17.2. the person with signature declares that he is aware of the responsibility of knowingly making false declarations;

The national police and State border guard authority, as well as the vital statistics office shall refer the certificate received by the Department. 29. A Person arrested for a crime or offence for which the penalty is deprivation of liberty type — or attachment, remove the certificate during the pre-trial investigation authority or the Court, and it kept that authority or custodial institution. The person releasing it, the certificate shall be returned. 30. With the certificate the following prohibited actions: 30.1. make the laws unexpected mark;
30.2. to remove the certificate, except in the cases provided for in these provisions;
30.3. to put or take the pledge;
18.9. put in use to another person;
5. use another person's licence;
30.6. to issue it to another person;
19.1. to use a certificate that has become invalid for use. 31. the certificate becomes invalid if the use: 31.1. over the period of validity;
31.2. the pass laws were made not for mark;
31.3. changed the name of the person or the last name (first name and last name);
19.5. the changed person looks like;
31.5. changed certificate recorded information or inaccuracies found in the certificate;
19.6. the certificate been corrupted — it is a mechanical or other damage, which is not possible to identify the person or read the information specified in the certificate;
19.7. the changed personality in the Republic of Latvia;
19.8. in place of the existing certificate received another document;
19.8. the person reported in the Department in writing, or the national police for the loss of the licence or the kidnapping. 32.
