7. If the validity of the certificate expires during the voyage, the certificate shall be valid until the entry of the ship at the next port, where the health examination carried out by the port State concerned accepted the Mariners ' doctor. 18. In giving its opinion on the compliance of the work on Board (annex 4), the doctor will examine the sailor's medical file, take into account the State of health of the seafarer's compliance with the provisions laid down in chapter III of the inspection criteria of seniority of seafarers on the ship and sailor's health examination form and the certificate accurately indicates certain limitations.
19. If the seafarer's medical condition does not meet the rules set out in chapter III examination criteria, the seamen's doctor issued a seaman with a declaration of non-compliance with the work of seamen on board for health reasons (annex 5).
