Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 428 Riga, July 29, 2003 (pr. No 42, § 29) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 5 January 1999, the Regulation No 6 "order, the person compulsory medical and laboratory examination, compulsory and forced isolation and treatment of cases of communicable diseases", issued in accordance with the epidemiological safety law in article 20, the first paragraph and the second paragraph of article 22, to make the Cabinet of Ministers of 5 January 1999, the Regulation No 6 "order, the person compulsory medical and laboratory examination compulsory and forced isolation and treatment of cases of infectious diseases "(Latvian journal, 1999, 5./6.nr.) the following amendments: 1. Replace the text of the provisions: 1.1., the words" the Minister of welfare "(fold) with the words" Minister of health "(fold);
1.2. the words "public service" (fold) with the words "public agency" public health agency "(the fold);
1.3. the words "public health service institutions of the territorial" (fold) with the words "national agencies" public health agency "branch" (the fold).
2. Replace paragraph 29, the word "Welfare Ministry" with the words "Ministry of health".
3. Supplement to annex 1, paragraph 14 and 15 by the following: "14. Buck 15. Severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) or other newly emerged a dangerous infectious disease".
