Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 738 in 2003 (December 23. No 65, § 11) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 26 September 2000 by Regulation No 330 "vaccination" Issued in accordance with the law of the epidemiological safety article 30 the first, second and third subparagraphs, and article 31 of the fifth 1. make the Cabinet of 26 September 2000 by Regulation No 330 "vaccination" (Latvian journal, 2000, 2001,/343.nr.; 341.154. No; 2002, 3, nr. 177.; 2003, nr. 157.) the following amendments : replace rules 1.1 the text, the words "the public health agency's central body" (fold) with the words "public health agency" (fold);
1.2. the deletion of paragraph 6, the words "and national specialty health care budget";
1.3. to replace the words "in paragraph 10.1. Public Health Agency territorial entity" with the words "national agencies" public health agency "(hereinafter referred to as the public health agency) branch";
1.4. to replace the words "in paragraph 10.2. Public Health Agency territorial Department" with the words "public health" branch of the Agency;
1.5. make the following paragraph 11: "11. Health compulsory insurance State Agency jointly with the public health agency's branches evaluates the results of vaccination and vaccine utilization, as well as plan and carry out activities to ensure maximum population vaccination. ';
1.6. the introductory part of paragraph 12, replace the words "the public health agency's territorial units" with the words "public health" branch of the Agency;
1.7. replace paragraph 12.3., the word "sickness funds" by the words "health compulsory insurance State Agency";
1.8. to replace the words "in paragraph 13.2 of the public health agency's offices" with the words "public health" branches of the Agency;
1.9. to make 14 the following: "14. Health compulsory insurance State agency law" on procurement for State or local government needs "in the order purchased vaccine immunization for the implementation of the national programme.";
1.10. to replace the words "in paragraph 47 public health agency territorial Department and regional sickness funds" with the words "public health branch and Agency health compulsory insurance State Agency".
