Regulations No. 214 "road traffic safety Directorate register of means of navigation on the registration order" Issued in accordance with article 8 of the code of the sea the third part 1. make Cabinet 25 March 2008. Regulations No 213 "road traffic safety Directorate register of means of shipping registration procedures" (Latvian journal, 2008, 49, no. 190; 2013, no 163.) the following amendments: 1. provisions be supplemented by the following point 4.1 : "4.1 road traffic safety Directorate register small vessels and their engines, which have carried out the conformity assessment procedure and which is marked with the CE mark according to the laws of the rest of the ship construction, the assessment of conformity and placing on the market. This requirement does not apply to: 4.1 1. undersized vessels and their engines, previously registered in a Member State of the European Union; 4.1 2. specialized vessels; 4.1 3. rowing boats with a length of less than 2.5 metres; 4.1 4. watercraft, built before the year 2005; 4.1 5. undersized vessels built before 1997; 4.1 6. undersized vessels constructed by the natural person for personal use and for the next five years after their registration will not be offered in the market of the European Union; 4.1 7. undersized vessels engines built before 2005. "; 1.2. make 20. the introductory paragraph as follows: "20. "; 1.8. to supplement the rules by 36.1, 36.2 and 36.3 points as follows: "36.1 If undersized vessel constructed by a natural person for personal use and for the next five years it will be proposed to the European Union market, the small vessel register owned and controlled by the manufacturer without the right to dispose of, the registration certificate under" notes "indicating the limit of" forbidden to dispose to ...
