Nr. 15) 21 amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 27 October 2009 Regulation No 1250 of the "rules on stamp duty on property rights and the strengthening of the law of the land securities" Issued in accordance with article 106 of the law of the land, the second subparagraph to make Cabinet 27 October 2009 Regulation No 1250 of the "rules on stamp duty on property rights and the strengthening of national security in the land" (Latvian journal, 2009, 175. no; 230. nr. 2013) follows : 1. Complement 17.13. section behind the words "reorganization" with the words "or authority (public agency), if the right to real property it acquires public persons as a result of the reorganization of a corporation". 2. Replace the figure "in paragraph 17.17.5.3." with the number "5.4.". 3. Supplement with 17.19. subparagraph by the following: "17.19. the Land Fund Manager – joint stock company" development financial institution – Viola on "privatization of land in rural areas of regulatory laws in certain agricultural land property rights in the land consolidation." 4. To supplement the provisions of the following paragraph 21: ' 21. This provision paragraph 17.19. shall enter into force simultaneously with the publication of information in the official Edition of the "journal" on the land fund activities.
