8.5. the fish resource protection measures undertaken by the organizations, which are the responsibility of the fish resource protection (except the current expenditure of the Organization);
8.6. the stimulus material, which contributed to the protection of fish (40% of the positions of the persons concerned amounts of money on fishing legislation violations and seized fish, fishing gear and fishing marketing of products);
8.7. the fisheries related data bank building and operational materials for publication, as well as with the Fund related expenses;
8.8. the national and local fisheries development programme;
5.5. transnational cooperation programmes and projects in fisheries;
8.10. the fisheries industry and training of fish reproduction and protection, as well as in the field of science;
8.11. the effects of natural disasters, which caused the liquidation loss of fish resources, as well as pollution and economic impact on fish resources research;
8.12. the legislation and regulations for the development of the technical documentation of the fish resource research, reproduction and protection;
8.13. the vocational guidance, education, teaching and Visual AIDS for the production and other activities related to the development of fisheries and recreational fishing;
8.14. the fish resources of the damage caused by the project development and implementation. "
5. Replace the introductory part of paragraph 9, the number "11" with the number "12".
6. Replace the words "in paragraph 9.2 of the protection of the environment and Ministry of regional development" with the words "Ministry of environment".
7. Supplement with 9.8. subparagraph by the following: "6.1. Regional development and Municipal Affairs Ministry representative."
8. Deletion of 15.2.
9. Express 27 the following: "27. national fisheries authority shall draw up an annual fund expenditure. They are approved by the Minister of agriculture, in accordance with the law governing public budgeting, and execution. "
10. Make a paragraph 29 by the following: "29. national fisheries authority from the Treasury every day receives information on depositing funds to the State general revenue accounts and within the limits of its competence, in order to control the time and funds to be fully paid on the account."
