No 24, § 15) the procedures and getting into an accountable bodies in natural resources of fish for the restocking fish fry, Issued under the Fisheries Act, article 22, third paragraph i. General questions 1. determines the procedures and getting into an accountable bodies in natural resources of fish for the restocking fish fry.
2. Provisions relate to: 2.1 public or private fish farms (fish farm), which deals with fish or shrimp fry, or fish larval Lampreys (fish fry) for loading natural bodies in implementing the reproduction of fish resources in the national programme, as well as carry out these measures in addition to the reproduction of fish resources in the national programme;

3.3. the admission takes place according to the reproduction of fish resources in the national programme, the water body in terms of operation, fisheries bodies licensed fishing regulations or on the basis of the Fisheries Research Institute of Latvia (hereinafter called the Institute) recommendations given;
3.4. fish fry for the importation from other countries is national health certificate issued;
3.5. new, relevant natural body of water not previously lived species of fish fry release or transfer takes place in accordance with article 22 of the fishery law, the first paragraph.
II. 6. IV. Requirements for fish resources for reproduction, which shall be carried out in addition to the fish resources restocking program for the State

14.
