Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 397 in 2004 (April 22. No 24, § 33) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 2 March 2004, the Regulation No 125 "rules for limiting the sulphur content of certain liquid fuel" Issued in accordance with the law "on environmental protection" paragraph 10 of article 9 and article 18, second paragraph, of the law "on pollution" article 11 paragraph 1 of the second paragraph and the law "on conformity assessment" article 7 1. make Cabinet 2 March 2004-Regulation No 125 "rules for limiting the sulphur content of certain liquid fuel" (Latvian journal 37., 2004, no.) the following amendments: 1. make paragraph 6 by the following: "6. Diesel (gas oil) the importer declares diesel (gas oil) compliance with the requirements of this regulation with the accredited and the newspaper" journal "of Latvia announced certification authorities certificate of compliance is issued, on the basis of the testing laboratory test reports.";
1.2. to supplement the provisions under point 6.1 the following wording: "6.1 the delivery of European Union Member States produced diesel (gas oil) its marketing in Latvia, the supplier of diesel (gas oil) compliance with the requirements of this Regulation shall be verified by a declaration of conformity. Certificate shall be accompanied by an accredited testing laboratory of diesel (gas oil) test report issued in accordance with LVS EN ISO/IEC 17025 "General requirements for the operation of testing laboratories" standard. "
2. the rules shall enter into force on 1 May 2004.
