Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No 423 of 2004 in Riga on April 22 (Mon. No 24, 60), amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 20 august 1999 rules No 292 "rules on food contamination" Issued under the food surveillance law in the second paragraph of article 4 to make a Cabinet of 20 august 1999 rules No 292 "rules on food contamination" (Latvian journal, 1999, 268./269.nr.; 2001; 2002, 35 no no 121; 2003, 129 no) the following amendments: 1. To complement the name after the word "food" with the word "microbiological".
2. paragraph 1 shall be expressed by the following: "1. lays down minimum safety requirements for food (at all stages of the food chain) for microbiological contamination levels in foods and their raw materials, pollution levels, and content that do not cause risk or harm to human health, life or the environment."
3. Delete 2., 3., 4., 6., 6.1, 6.2, 7 and 8 and paragraph 1., 2., and annex 5.
