1.3. the introductory part of paragraph 9 expressed the following: "9. Vessels shall be assessed by accredited conformity assessment bodies, on which the accreditation is published in the newspaper" Latvijas communication journal "(notified body). 1.4. to replace the words in paragraph 9.6. "authorized" by the word "entitled";
1.5. deletion of 11 and 11.1 points;
1.6. to supplement the rules with 72, 73 and 74 of the following: "72. to ensure that the essential requirements of simple pressure vessels according to the penetration of the market, the market surveillance authorities may restrict or prohibit the CE mark marked according to the intended use of the simple pressure vessels putting into circulation if it poses a risk to human health and life or other legitimate interests of the public. The market surveillance authorities shall take the following measures: 72.1. If in doubt about a simple pressure vessels in conformity with the essential requirements or the requirements of the applicable standard, the standard use of the correctness or adequacy standards, organizing inspection and simple pressure vessels, drawing up an opinion on simple pressure vessels in conformity with the essential requirements. The opinion shall be accompanied by the results of the inspection;
72.2. the Ministry of Economic Affairs reported on inappropriate detection of simple pressure vessels and measures taken by the Administration if, during a check, it is found that the case can be considered to be systematically observed error of simple pressure vessels, construction or construction. 73. The Ministry of economy reported the findings of the European Commission of the non-compliance and measures taken.
74. recognises that simple pressure vessels in accordance with international agreements concluded and arrangements recognised by the European Union and European economic area countries. "
