Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 471 in 2004 (April 29. No 26, 26) rules on public procurement service provider notices issued in the Republic of Latvia in accordance with the constitutional order of article 81 of Cabinet of Ministers issued on 8 April 2004 the Regulation No 257 "rules on procurement for public service needs ' 49. the first paragraph of article 1. determines the periodic indicative notice, periodic indicative notice, which is also a membership invitation, announcement of the contract, the statement of qualifications frameworks, methods of tender notice of the notice of the results of the procedure and the notification of tender results of meta (hereinafter the notice) the form and content of the samples.
