11.2. in the course of project implementation: a month in 2004 when will start payments from the State budget.
12. the programme budget proposals for the reallocation of funds, the Cohesion Fund co-financed projects prepare the Ministry of transport (for projects in the field of transport) and the Ministry of the environment (for projects in the area of environmental protection) and submitted to the Ministry of Finance State budget request. 14. Request for national budget allocation funded European Union priorities, measures and programmes for the implementation of the project and/or repayment shall prepare, pursuant to the requirements laid down in the laws and regulations of the relevant policy instruments of the European Union.
15. The Ministry of finance, taking into account this provision 7, 10, 11 and 12 above information received from the ministries of industry, draw up and submit to the Cabinet of Ministers proposals and draft legislation on budgetary reallocation of funding of the program.
16. in accordance with the decision of the Cabinet of the Minister of finance order increase the State budget appropriations for the first-level institutions and the sectoral ministries, which provides funding for the Fund of the European Union funded programmes, priorities, measures and projects.
17. If necessary, the Ministry of finance order of the Minister of finance may require for the preparation of the first and/or second level intermediate and sectoral ministries for information on the distribution of expenditure according to economic classification codes.
