Specifying the previously published under the national Office sent the Exchange page of the Cabinet of Ministers of 20 April 2004 the Regulation No 327 "procedures for passenger and freight to be own-account transport operations" ("journal", 30.4.2004, 68 no) point 4 of the annex to the Act is the following: "4. in carrying out international operations, a merchant in addition to the Cabinet of Ministers of 20 April 2004 the Regulation No 327" procedures for passenger and freight to be own-account transport operations "comply with the requirements laid down in international agreements on road and road traffic."
