Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 551 Riga, June 21, 2004 (pr. 24. If, on the expiry of a period of driving prohibition of the use right of the driver remains registered 16 points of accounting (the new Manager — 10 accounting points), the ban will continue until you delete at least part of the accounting period.
25. If driving rights ban was appropriate for the new driver, the driver shall be considered as a new driver for another year after the ban expires.
