Regulation (EC) no 1623/2000 laying down detailed implementing rules for Regulation (EC) No 1493/1999 on the common organisation of the market in wine with regard to market mechanisms (hereinafter referred to as Commission Regulation (EC) no 1623/2000).

3. food and veterinary service at rural support service request, take samples of grape juice, the laboratory investigates and determines their compliance with Commission Regulation (EC) no 1623/2000 article 5 requirements.
