Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No 724 in Riga on 17 august 2004 (pr. No 48 39) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers on 6 April 2004 the Regulation No 237 "rules on animal feed and feed ingredients for restricted substances and feed safety requirements Issued under the" animal feed law article 22, the second paragraph shall be done by the Cabinet of Ministers on 6 April 2004 the Regulation No 237 "rules on animal feed and feed ingredients for restricted substances and feed safety requirements" (Latvian journal, 2004, 56 no) the following amendments : 1. 3.16. municipal waste;
3.17. excrement, urine and animal digestive tract content obtained by separating or purifying the digestive tract, irrespective of the process or not. "
 
3. Make the informative reference to European Union directives as follows: "Informative reference to European Union directives, the regulations include provisions resulting from: 1) the European Council of 25 October 1995 directive 95/53/EC fixing the principles governing the Organization of official inspections in the field of animal nutrition;  
2) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 7 May 2002, Directive 2002/32/EC as regards the restricted substances in animal feed. "   4. Put the attachment 1, 2 and 3 by the following: "1.
