Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No 724 in Riga on 17 august 2004 (pr. 3. Make the informative reference to European Union directives as follows: "Informative reference to European Union directives, the regulations include provisions resulting from: 1) the European Council of 25 October 1995 directive 95/53/EC fixing the principles governing the Organization of official inspections in the field of animal nutrition;
