Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 733 in 2004 (august 24. No 50 20) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 16 December 2003, regulations No. 709 "provisions on State social insurance contribution rates by the State social insurance types in 2004" Issued in accordance with the law "on State social insurance" article 18, second and third subparagraphs and the law "on compulsory social insurance against accidents at work and occupational diseases" paragraph 6 of the transitional provisions to make the Cabinet December 16, 2003, regulations No. 709 "provisions on State social insurance contribution rates by the State social insurance types in 2004" ( Latvian journal, 2003, nr. 180.) the following amendments: 1. Add to paragraph 4 and 11 behind the words and figures "group I or II disabled" with the words "and the number of beneficiaries of the retirement pension or disability – specific beneficiary". 2. Supplement with 11.1 points as follows: "11.1 payment rate for workers employed in another Member State of the European Union or European economic area Member State, the employer and which according to the Council of 14 June 1971, of Regulation (EEC) No 1408/71 on the application of social security schemes to employed and self-employed persons, as well as members of their families moving within the community, 13, 14, 15. 16. and article 17 shall apply to the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia, are these rules 2, 3, and 4 above the minimum payment rate. "
