The first report is provided for the period from 2005 to 2006. 8. the Ministry of the environment or its authorized institution shall, on request, inform the other Member States of the European Union on Latvia from European Union Member States imported electrical and electronic equipment, waste treatment, recycling and recovery. 9. The provisions of paragraph 4 and 5 apply to equipment placed on the market after 13 august 2005.
