Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 754 in Riga august 31 2004 (pr. No 51 16) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 4 April 2000, the Regulation No 129 "dangerous equipment registration order" Issued in accordance with the law "on technical supervision of dangerous equipment" article 8, paragraph 2, first subparagraph make the Cabinet of Ministers of 4 April 2000, the Regulation No 129 "dangerous equipment registration procedures" (Latvian journal, 2000, 125./126.nr.; 2001; 2003, No 7, 111 no) the following amendments: 1. Express 3, 4 and 5 above as follows : "3. To register its possessor of dangerous equipment shall submit to the national labour inspectorate in the application for registration of dangerous equipment, indicating the merchant in the commercial register, registration number and registered office of the company (if the possessor of dangerous equipment is a natural person, the application indicates the possessor of dangerous equipment name and address) and the following documents: Declaration of conformity 3.1, drawn up by the manufacturer of the equipment in hazardous, his authorised representative, the importer or the installer of the equipment in accordance with the requirements of the laws on dangerous equipment; 3.2. technical passport official language, drawn up by the possessor of the equipment in hazardous or equipment installer in compliance with legislative requirements of the dangerous equipment.
4. To register the facility, which has been in use in some of the countries in the European Union and which does not have a law on conformity assessment, attestation of conformity intended this provision to an application referred to in paragraph 3 shall be accompanied by the following: 4.1 documents proving the origin and extraction equipment; 4.2. the inspection body accredited inspection protocol for the equipment to comply with the essential safety requirements, for which the accreditation of the Ministry of economy has published a notice in the newspaper "journal".
