No 52 11) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of March 27, 2001 regulations No 150 "rules for taxable persons and taxable persons unit registration in the State revenue service" Issued in accordance with the law "About taxes and duties" the seventh subparagraph of article 15.1 do cabinet 27 March, 2001 regulations No 150 "rules for the taxpayer and the taxpayer Registration Department of the State revenue service" (Latvian journal, 2001, 52 no; 2002 , 131 no). the following amendments: 1. Replace the words "in paragraph 3.2 (including legal persons and branches of departments)" with the words "(including legal persons and branches of the Department, as well as non-residents (foreign merchant) permanent representation)".
2. Add to 4.2.7. section with the following: "4.2.7. non-residents (foreign merchant) permanent missions."
3. Supplement with 5.2.7. subparagraph by the following: "5.2.7. non-residents (foreign merchant) permanent missions according to their place of business in Latvia — within 10 days from the start of operations in Latvia."
