No 60 37) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers on 15 July 1997 by Regulation No 250 "provisions for interest relief for the disabled who receive credit for the adaptation of housing" Issued in accordance with the law "on medical and social protection" article 15 of the quarter to make the Cabinet of 15 July 1997 of Regulation No 250 "provisions for interest relief for the disabled who receive credit for the adaptation of housing" (Latvian journal, 1997, no. 184) the following amendments : 1. Express an indication on what basis the provisions of the law, issued by the following: "Issued in accordance with the law" on medical and social protection "article 15 of the fourth part".
2. Replace paragraph 4.2 of the introductory part, the words "the social assistance fund (hereinafter Fund)" with the words "social services Board (hereinafter the Board)".
3. Replace in subparagraph 4.2.1. the word "application" with the word "submission".
4. Replace the text: 4.1 the word "Fund" (fold) with the word "Administration" (fold);
