Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 874 Riga 2004 (19 October. No 60 49. §) rules on the State Agency "insolvency administration" provides the public service charges, in accordance with the Issued public agency law article 6, second part of rule 1 defines the State Agency "insolvency administration" (hereinafter insolvency administration) pricing public services.
2. Administrators of the public services provided pricing (listed without value added tax) is the following: 2.1 for the insolvency administrator training-300 lats;
2.2. the insolvency administrator training for certification again — 150 lats;
2.3. the insolvency administrator certification — the first 200 lats;
2.4. the insolvency administrator certification again — 80 lats;
2.5. the insolvency administrator extension of the period of validity of the certificate of 50 lats;
2.6. the insolvency administrator certificate issuance of duplicate — 30 lats;
2.7. the insolvency administrator certificate renewal of 50 lats;
2.8. the workshops — 30 dollars per hour;
2.9. for legal advice-20 dollars per hour.
