No 24 10) amendments to the Cabinet of 23 august 2011 regulations No. 661 "rules on airport public chargeable service obligation" Issued in accordance with the law "on the air" in the third paragraph of article 27.2 do cabinet 23 august 2011 regulations No. 661 "rules on airport public chargeable services obligations" (Latvian journal, 2011, 2014, 151. no; 128. no) the following amendments: 1. Replace the name and text of the provisions, the word "airport" (fold) with the words "national civil aviation aerodrome" (fold). 2. paragraph 1 shall be expressed by the following: "the rules shall determine the arrangements for the national civil aviation aerodrome imposed public service obligations established scheduled air transport volume and regularity of flights (hereinafter referred to as service obligations), as well as the procedure for the determination and compensation for costs borne by that national civil aviation aerodrome occurs using the service obligations." 3. paragraph 2 shall be supplemented by the words "relating to the imposition of" with the words "and the service run time." 4.
