Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 298 in Riga on 9 June 2015 (pr. 26. § 28) amendment Cabinet 24 May 2011 rules no 408 "climate change financial instruments project financed by the open competition" reduce greenhouse gas emissions in areas of local public lighting infrastructures "Charter" Issued in accordance with the law "on the participation of the Republic of Latvia, the Kyoto Protocol's flexible mechanisms" in article 10 the third paragraph of point 1 and 2 make the Cabinet 24 May 2011 rules no 408 "climate change financial instruments project financed by the open competition" reduce greenhouse gas emissions in areas of local public lighting infrastructures "Charter" (Latvian journal 92.
