Add to the informative reference to European Union directives, with paragraph 5 by the following : "5) Commission 2014 24 June 2014/82/EU directive amending European Parliament and Council Directive 2007/59/EC as regards the General professional knowledge and medical requirements and the requirements of the certificate."; 1.2. the supplement to annex 2 Note 6 in the second sentence by the following: "this exception does not apply to the person, beginning with the January 1, 2016, the traction is obtained (the engineer) certificates of competence in accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers of 14 September 2010 No. 873 of rules" rules for the traction, the driver (engineer) qualification and traction driving acquisition.
