2. the State shall ensure the security of public railway infrastructure, which increased the danger zone — — can be used for illegal pedestrian movement, likely to endanger human life and health, as well as railway traffic safety.
3. Mandatory in such national guard public-use railway infrastructure objects: 3.1 railway bridge across Daugava in Riga;
3.2. Railway bridge across the river Lielupe in Jurmala;
3.3. Railway bridge across the river Daugava Daugavpils.
4. The rules referred to in paragraph 3 of the objects guarded around the clock. Security guards ensure public railway infrastructure manager — public joint stock company "Latvian Railway".
